Each manager is supported by our customer service department which handles urgent property maintenance needs during regular business hours when your community manger is in the field or otherwise out of the office. After hours customer service is handled by seasoned community managers with experience in dealing with emergency situations.  Our after hours team starts service at 5pm until 9am the next day.

Andrew comes to National Property Management Group from one of largest management companies in California where he helped run operations and provide training for over one hundred employees. His experience and expertise has helped National Property Management Group develop one of the most advanced operating systems in the industry. Andrew is a member of the Community Association Institute and has his CMCA and AMS license and is currently pursuing his PCAM license which is the highest certificate that can be attained in the industry. One of Andrew’s biggest attributes is his extensive background in HOA law. He has won several construction defect cases along with several ADR cases where a quick and expedient resolution was found. Andrew’s professionalism, education and knowledge of the industry provides a solid foundation for the continued growth of NPMG and the clients we serve.
